The Punchline Punchout is a one of a kind comedy showcase. Comedians will have just ONE DAY to write brand new jokes based on a suggestion made by hosts Lucy Zarns and Trevor Anderson. This writing and performing challenge will shake down in three rounds with two comedians going head to head with the same topic. A very funny featured comic will close out the show while winners are determined. You won’t want to miss this month's matchups!

Project Nunway: The Future is Queer is where local designers/makers/costumers have been partnered with the Ladies of the Lakes, the local house of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgance and given $100 to put on a futuristic runway. Local drag artist will perform and share their talent as we have an evening of fun, fashion, and futuristic frivality.

All money raised will go to the Ladies of the Lakes Scholarship fund.

Michael Collins was born in Southern California. At the age of 13 he moved to Two Harbors, MN because his Mom said so. When he was growing up people told him that he was funny, and he let it go to his head. He hasn’t won any contests, but he was featured in his local newspaper. Michael lets the audience see the world through his eyes with his quick witted humor. Afterwards you’ll leave thinking that he complains a lot, and you’re right.

Matt Dooyema is a proud pet father of 4 from St Cloud. A bartender by trade, Matt's humor has been influenced by the stories from behind the bartop and the soul crushing realization that his mother was most likely right about not finishing college. Irreverent by nature, Silly by design, Bitter by circumstance, Matt is a high energy performer willing to please. Host of the Keller Comedy Open Mic & Co host of the Awful Service Podcast.

Sarah McPeck:

Sarah McPeck is a stand-up comic, writer and performer living in Minneapolis. Sarah has her own production and improv education company and teaches nationally. A proud feminist and LGBTQ activist, Sarah uses comedy to help build community. Currently she is producing, WEDNESDAYS, a queer comedy show at Sisyphus Brewing House! She produces Stand Up Smack Down, a monthly game show at Bryant Lake Bowl!
